Swimming:

There are a few groups throughout Kamloops that get together and swim regularly. In the summer, the club swims up at Paul Lake twice a week. Throughout the winter months, we hold indoor club swims at the Tournament Capital Center. We encourage you to band together with one of many groups and continue to stay active.

Cycling:

Cyclists ride in all directions throughout the spring, summer, and fall. Try to catch one of the group rides leaving from Spoke N' Motion or from Riverside Park each weekend, or get together with some members for casual rides throughout the week.

Running:

Kamloops has some great running, whether you like running on the pavement, on the trails or through the hills. You can find a group running nearly any day, just ask around at the local run shops.
