SWIM
Westsyde Pool
(CHANGE TENTS AND WASHROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE)
Super Sprint - 12 lengths of the 25m pool in single wide lanes using a continuous start format. Swimmers will swim up the right side of the lane and back down the other. Upon reaching the shallow end of the pool, swimmers will cross under the lane rope and repeat the process. Participants will continue this until they have zigzagged their way across the pool and reached the shallow end (12 lengths - 300m). Participants will then exit the pool and head to the transtion area.
Sprint - 24 lengths of the 25m pool in single wide lanes using a continuous start format. Swimmers will swim up the right side of the lane and back down the other. Upon reaching the shallow end of the pool, swimmers will cross under the lane rope and repeat the process. Participants will continue this until they have zigzagged their way across the pool and reached the shallow end (12 lengths - 300m). At this time, all participants will exit the pool, walk back to the start area and re-enter the pool and repeat the process again (another 12 lengths to total 600m). Participants will then exit the pool and head to the transtion area.
Standard (Olympic) - 48 lengths of the 25m pool in single wide lanes using a continuous start format. Swimmers will swim up the right side of the lane and back down the other. Upon reaching the shallow end of the pool, swimmers will cross under the lane rope and repeat the process. Participants will continue this until they have zigzagged their way across the pool and reached the shallow end (12 lengths - 300m). At this time, all participants will exit the pool, walk back to the start area and re-enter the pool and repeat the process three more times for a total of four times (each time swimming 300m). Participants will then exit the pool and head to the transtion area.
BIKE
Westsyde and Bank Roads
Super Sprint (10km) and Sprint course (20km) and Olympic course (40km)

There is one hill on Bebek and then loops on Westsyde/Bank roads. YOU DO NOT DO THE BEBEK HILL THROUGH TO PINE SPRINGS/WAWN ROAD ON YOUR LOOPS. THIS IS ONLY FOR YOUR INITIAL EXIT.
Exit pool at Bebek -exiting parking lot on left hand side (this avoids a bike crossover when you merge with circling bike traffic) and turn left (heading west), exit UPHILL on Bebek to PIne Springs road. Turn left on Pine Springs until Wawn Rd. Turn left on Wawn Road and head to Westsyde road. Make right turn on Westsyde road heading south where you will MERGE with other cyclists. One lane will be closed and coned for cyclists on Westsyde road only. Head south to Settlement road. Turn left (east). Turn left on Bank (North) and follow to Harrington Road. Turn left (west) and then left onto Westsyde road heading South. One lane will be closed and coned for cyclists on Westsyde road only. Once you reach Bebek, you have completed your first loop. DO NOT TURN ON TO BEBEK FOR YOUR SUBSEQUENT LOOPS. YOUR LOOPS ARE ON WESTSYDE/BANK ROADS ONLY. On your final loop, enter coned lane and right turn on to Bebek. Turn left into transition area using the LEFT side of the road.

Turn left on Wawn Road. Turn left on Hargraves and take path between houses to arrive on Westsyde school field. Follow route on field and run by transition to complete 1 loop.

Exit transition on pathway beside cycle course. Turn left to exit parking lot. Turn left on to Bebek (west) and use sidewalk to run on left side of street. (hill) Turn left (south) on Pine Springs. Turn left on Wawn Road. Turn left on Hargraves and take path between houses to arrive on Westsyde school field. Follow route on field and run by transition to complete 1 loop.
Standard 5 loops (10km)Exit transition on pathway beside cycle course. Turn left to exit parking lot. Turn left on to Bebek (west) and use sidewalk to run on left side of street. (hill) Turn left (south) on Pine Springs. Turn left (east) on Wawn Road using painted sidewalk. Turn left (north) on Westsyde road using sidewalk. Turn left (west) through fenced pathway (at the start of the open field). Head to Westsyde field and turn right (north) toward transition and see finish line.
