Kamloops Duathlon


The first Kamloops Duathlon was in 2015 with 20 athletes participating. This event was run as a workout, rather than an official event. In 2018 the Kamloops Duathlon became an official Triathlon BC sanctioned event.

The 2019 Kamloops Duathlon will take place on Saturday  May 4th at 8:00AM, starting at Westsyde Pool field.

The run routes will be a looped course in the Westsyde Pool neighbourhood with the bike course be an out and back course over the rolling hills of Westsyde Road. Participants will be able to choose from 2 distances, Sprint and Standard.

Sprint: 5km / 20km / 2.5km ( 16 and older ) 
Standard: 10km / 40km / 5km ( 18 and older )

The Kamloops Duathlon and Kamloops Spring Sprint will return to the newly renovated Westsyde Pool and the course will run through the Westsyde neighbourhood and out Westsyde road.
