Club Swimming
*Training for your first triathlon?
Looking to podium this season?
Tired of swimming solo or with a coach that gives the same dull and drab workouts without technical correction, motivation and feel like your just another number?
Then we have a swim group for you.
Just in case you aren't sure if you'd fit in, let us tell you a few of the members we have who swim with us:
-Professional Triathletes (Speedy and top in the world)
-Age group swimmers (who want the best coaching in town)
-NCAA swimming scholarship holders
-Provincial and National swimmers
-Newbies who can't do a 25 without being out of breath
-Weekend warriors, who want to improve their fitness and technique
-Former competitive swimmers who want to get their groove back
The only prerequisite is that you want to improve your swimming; come as you are
We train 2x/week, Monday & Thursday mornings, at TCC.
If you've got some goals and want to work towards them, we have a group for you
Swim Session details
Fall Dates : September 4 - December 18, 2025
Winter Dates: January 5 - March 13, 2026
Spring Dates: March 30 - June 26, 2026
Days: Monday* (Long Course) and Thursdays (Short Course)
* Mondays that fall on a long weekend get bumped to Tuesday so you don't miss a session due to pool closures.
Time: 6am (on deck) to 7:30 am
Abilities: All. And we mean all. If you want to improve your swimming, we will do it. Better than anyone else in town. Guaranteed.
Communication: We use Team Snap (yes, another app). You'll need to use it to be in the know.
To register:
Step 1: Become a club member (see below) Click the Join Here link right below this.
Step 2: Pay for your swimming by: paying for the whole year or session (invoice and payment to be emailed to you after you become a member.

Indoor Cycling
🚴♂️ Indoor Cycling Training Program — New in Fall 2025.
Join us this for our brand-new Indoor Cycling Training Program powered by
MyWhoosh.
Whether you’re new to structured cycling or a seasoned racer, this program is open to all ages and abilities — all you need is an interest in improving and a willingness to train with others.

Winter 2026 Block Details
Length: 10 weeks
Dates: January 6, 2026 to March 14, 2026
Session Times
• Tuesdays at 6:30 pm
• Saturdays at 8:00 am
Sessions include a 15-minute setup window.
For example, a 6:30 pm session begins riding at 6:45 pm.
Session Length
75 to 90 minutes
Session Focus
Improve FTP, develop cycling pacing skills & develop cycling aerobic capacity

Registration
Registration is limited and first come, first served. Winter Block Sold out - As of Dec 19.
These sessions are designed to help you stay consistent through the winter with structured workouts, progressive training, and a supportive group environment. All levels are welcome.
Cost
$135 for new participants
$100 for returning participants

Led by NCCP-certified coaches, including Patrick Waters, Exercise Physiologist, former NCAA Triathlon Coach, World Championship Coach, and National Team Coach. This is more than just a spin class. It is science-based, data-driven training designed to make you stronger and faster on the bike.
