Three sports. One finish line. Big congratulations to all participants in the KTC 2026 Kamloops Indoor Triathlon! You conquered and finished. Congrats on an amazing achievement! Well done.
This year we have cash awards for the top female and male athletes in both the Sprint and Super Sprint Triathlon distances, as well as for the Team event.
Winners of the sprint distance were: Female - Lienke Raath Male - Francois Raath
Winners of the super sprint distance were: Female - Brooke Berg Male - Marko Toijanen
Winners of the super sprint team event were: Team Pyramid Scheme!
All participants in the Aquathlon went home with prizes. The winners received a Blackwell Dairy back pack. The top female and male athletes in the Aquathlon were: Female - Mackenzie Roos Male - Jacob Toijanen
Awards were given out to Team TRIHARD as our special guests. The "True Grit" award was given to Alexi Grey. The individual who had the closest estimate to their overall race time was Shaina Kloska. Her final race time was only :20 seconds away from her prediction. Amazing!
We held several prize draws throughout the Indoor Triathlon. Prizes included Tribalance gift certificates worth $125.00 value for a Swim or run analysis and a Stroke Analysis, Joint Effort Rehab & Performance - VO2 Max testing, TCSC Group Fitness packs, a Bike Fit from Kamloops Bike Fit, a City of Kamloops 3-month Adult Full Access TCC Facility pass.
