Try one of the many group rides - all levels!
Now is a great time to work on your running base.
The group meets at the Husky gas station on Highway 5 and Paul Lake Road and then carpools to the south side of the lake where the private homes are located. There is a small park area at the end of the lake front road with a beach and outhouse and a parking lot. We have permission to use a private dock near the parking lot. The length of swim can vary depending on your abilities and goals. These workouts are a gathering of people working toward various goals including triathlons, open water swims and just for fun. Wetsuits are helpful except for the bravest who can handle the water temperature in late season. All levels are welcome. If you would like to join us for the first time, email info@trytri.org for more details.
All levels welcome! The location changes on a monthly basis and is updated by our web e-mailout. To find out when/where, email info@trytri.org.
