Triathlon is part of the Western Canada Summer Games and the Kamloops Triathlon club is hosting the events at Lac le Jeune this August!!

August 4 - Course test/practice
August 5 - Course test/practice
August 6 - Opening Ceremony and Individual Sprint Triathlon
August 7 - Training
August 8 - Team Relay Triathlon  - 3 athletes from each province race 375m swim, 10k bike, 2.5km run and tag off in relay format
August 9 - Individual Sport Relay Triathlon - regular relay where 1 athlete swims, 1 athlete bikes, 1 athlete runs

I am looking for support and help to plan the event.  Planning is A LOT different than our own race.  There is already departments in place to recruit volunteers, obtain permits, gather equipment, get security etc.  We are the support group to help these departments understand Triathlon.
 
Neet meeting is site tour at Lac le Juene. All input is welcomed!   Thursday, April 7 meet at 5:30pm at Runners Sole parking lot and car pool to site.
