Running Workouts

Kamloops Triathlon Club Workouts

 

The Kamloops Triathlon Club is not currently hosting any tri-club specific workouts.

 

Community Workout Schedule

 

It is important to note that any activities that are listed under the Community Workout Schedule are not organized by the Kamloops Triathlon Club and there is no insurance in place through the Kamloops Triathlon Club should an incident occur.

 

Local Resources

For the running world we refer you to the three primary running resources in our
community... find the one that fits you best!!  All these web sites are good resources for you to bookmark.

 

1.  The Kamloops Ridge Runners- a club (non-profit society)that offers
regular runs- see their club runs page for details

2.  Jo's Run Club- www.runclub.ca  Run by Jo Berry and group- a local
business that offers casual and social running clinics to beginners throughout the

year.
