Kamloops Spring Sprint Beginner Training SwimThis 4 week program is designed for beginners that are comfortable in the water and would like to take the first steps towards learning front crawl. The sessions are geared for people that would like to train in preparation for the Kamloops Spring Sprint on May 8. (but all beginners are welcome.) 6 weeks in March and AprilMarch 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Thursdays 6:00am at Canada Games PoolCost is $70.00 Kamloops Triathlon club members $60.00 Entry to pool is includedContact Teresa Seibel at tseibel@shaw.ca to register. Bike This 5 week program is designed for the rider that would like an introduction to basic techniques used in a triathlon race. The sessions are geared for people that would like to train in preparation for the Kamloops Spring Sprint on May 8.
